The Bitty Baby and Bitty Twin Dolls by American Girl are targeted at girls aged 3 and up. These high quality dolls encourage young girls to nurture and care for others. The Bitty Baby Dolls come with story books, outfits and accessories. The bitty baby dolls are 15 inch dolls. Their companion is Bitty Bea; a 5 inch stuffed bear.
