Hey kids, be sure to get permission from a teacher or your parents before doing crafts. An adult should always be supervising. Have fun!

Supplies Needed Instructions

  1. Cut the construction paper to fully cover the paper roll.
  2. Tape it on.
  3. Make two cuts on the end of the roll directly across from each other about half way through the roll.
  4. Make two identical butterfly wings and decorate them.
  5. Make identical cuts on each wing from the bottom toward the top, about 1/2 inch from the center.
  6. Slide the wings onto the tube, add a face and you are done!
  7. If you have any pipe cleaner left, you could add them as antennae.
