Supplies Needed
- Paper plate
- Paint
- Scissors
- White paper
- Googly eyes
- Glue
Instructions
- Cut out the middle of your paper plate and turn it upside down.
- Cut horns and fangs from the white paper.
- Tape them from the backside so the fangs/teeth show through the center hole and the horns come out on top.
- Paint your monster whatever color you want.
- Glue on some googly eyes and you are done!
