Supplies Needed
- Construction paper
- Paper roll
- Scissors
- Tape
Instructions
- Cut the paper so it is just slightly taller than the roll, but fits it exactly around.
- Fold the paper in half.
- Make cuts from one side 90% through the paper toward the open edge.
- You are cutting on from the fold to the open edge.
- Attach to the ends of the paper roll on both ends.
- Cut out a piece of yellow construction paper to be the center of the flower and tape it on.
