About the movie:

This latest movie from Pixar is sure to be one of the biggest films of the summer. Brave tells the adventure tale of a young princess in Scotland named Merida. Merida wants to break with tradition, but in the process she unleashes a curse on the land. Everything starts to go wrong. She has to summon her courage and find out what it really means to be brave.

The movie takes place in 10th century Scotland. It is the first fairy tale from Pixar and is said to be made in the tradition of Hans Christian Anderson. Brave will be Pixar's thirteenth movie.
