I really enjoyed The Rookie. It's a great movie for both adults and kids.

"The Rookie is a real-life movie about a baseball player named Jim Morris. At the start of the movie Jim is a kid who's main passion in life is baseball. Jim is a great player, but gets hurt and never gets to play pro ball. Jim becomes a baseball coach for a high school team. The Rookie tells how Jim comes back to play in the majors later in life."

The Rookie is G-rated.

The Rookie stars Dennis Quaid.
